List of Organizers, Discussant, and Presenters (in Alphabetical Order)

    ·         Shaista Khilji, (Presenter/Panelist). The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA.

Macro talent management (MTM) is a relatively new multi-disciplinary field of enquiry, however, most countries worldwide, regardless of population size and economic development, are confronting and/or will soon confront many challenges in their talent management efforts. This proposed PDW brings together, for the first time, a number of lead researchers involved in the study of MTM. The PDW will produce a synthesizing review, informed by work on Global Talent Management (GTM) and International Human Resources Management (IHRM). The goal is to enable researchers to build upon the relative insights that each approach brings, and to serve as an orientation to researchers and practitioners aiming to increase their country's global competitiveness, attractiveness, and economic development by ensuring high-quality talent management on individual, organizational, and country levels.

    Pre-registration is NOT required.

We look forward to welcoming you on August 4!

    Best wishes,

    Vlad Vaiman and Ibraiz Tarique
