REGISTRATION HOURS
AOM staff will be available in the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Grand Ballroom Foyer to assist you with check-in or with any other questions.
Registration Hours:
Friday, August 10, 7:30AM-8:00PM Saturday-Tuesday, August 11-14 from 8:00AM-5:00PM
AOM TECHNOLOGY CENTERS
Print your badge, access Wi-Fi on your device or computer provided by AOM, or simply plug in beginning Thursday, August 9 at 5:00PM through Tuesday, August 14 at 3:00PM. Access the Tech Flyer for locations and additional information.
EXPRESS CHECK-IN KIOSKS
As a convenience to pre-registered attendees, the Academy of Management will provide touch-screen AOM Express Check-In Kiosks around the clock beginning Thursday, August 9 at 5:00PM through Tuesday, August 14 at 3:00PM so attendees can print their name badges, collect their programs and tote bags, and begin attending sessions.

AOM RESOURCE CENTER
Located directly outside the Exhibit Hall, the AOM Resource Center is your one-stop shop for navigating the Annual Meeting with representation from Membership, Publications, Program, Housing, Placement Services, General Information and Technology@AOM. All of your questions can be answered in one convenient location. The AOM Resource Center will be available Friday, August 10, 7:30AM-5PM and Saturday-Tuesday, August 11-14, 8AM-5PM.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The AOM Housing Reservation System is now CLOSED for new reservations. If you have questions regarding your reservations, please contact the hotel directly. For those still requiring reservations, we provide information on hotel locations on our Hotel Accommodations web page. Conference rates may no longer be available.
SPECIAL MOBILITY NEEDS

VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
If traveling to the Annual Meeting from outside of the United States, you are required to show a valid passport. Registrants without appropriate identification and travel documents, including passports and visas when applicable, may not be allowed to travel. You may even be retained at border or customs checkpoints by government authorities. Please remember to check with government agencies to determine visa and passport requirements, as well as clarify travel tariffs and taxes that may be required by government agencies when entering or leaving the United States.
*Special Notice to attendees directly impacted by the U.S. Immigration Travel Ban: Please notify Terese Loncar if you are planning to attend the 2018 AOM Annual Meeting in Chicago.

EXHIBIT HALL HIGHLIGHTS
- "Streets of Chicago" with AOM at the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception on Friday, August 10, 6:00-8:00PM. Visit with exhibitors, and enjoy local, themed foods and don’t forget your complimentary drink voucher (on your attendee badge).

Be one of the first 200 attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and receive a swag bag sponsored by the 2018 exhibitors.

Come relax and mingle with the exhibitors during dedicated exhibit hours on Sunday, 10:30AM-12:30PM.
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibits will be closed on Tuesday, August 14, so make sure to visit before Monday at 2:00PM to take advantage of exhibitor discounts.
