Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources Management

The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico invites applications for two visiting Assistant Professor Positions in the Department of Organizational Studies. The appointment begins no later than August 14, 2017 subject to budgetary approval. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels in organizational behavior and/or human resources management depending on primary field of study.
The Anderson School is AACSB accredited. Its management programs enroll approximately 1000 undergraduate students and 500 graduate students. The School emphasizes collaborative student interaction, active adult learning, team experiences, and scholarship that draws upon a variety of methodologies and subject areas. New Mexico is an ethnically diverse state with a rich cultural heritage. The University of New Mexico seeks a diverse faculty who can contribute to the University's mission and values.
Minimum qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or be a doctoral student in the candidacy phase in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or a related field by August 14, 2017.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
· A strong research record and research interests that are open to investigating academic questions that draw upon a variety of paradigms and methodologies;
· Excellence in teaching performance and potential for excellence in developing innovative learning methods;
· Experience teaching Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the college level;
· A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with diverse communities.

3) evidence of research including sample articles/publications; and
4) evidence of teaching effectiveness including sample instructor evaluations; and
