HEC Paris: Senior Tenure-Track Position in Management and Human Resources (with a specific focus on Leadership)
The Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris is recruiting for a full-time senior faculty position, with planned starting date of Fall 2022. The position will have a specific focus on Leadership.
We seek applicants with strong doctoral training who are conducting high-quality research in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, or Human Resource Management. Researchers with a micro, meso, or macro orientation are all welcome to apply. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to publish in top academic journals in Management or related disciplines. They should also have proven to be effective teachers and have a strong teaching record in leadership with experienced participants in executive education. All courses are conducted in English. Knowledge of French is not required for teaching. Relocation to France is required.
