I teach such a course. I'd be happy to share the syllabus with you.
I use my own textbook (Trevino & Nelson, Managing Business Ethics, 5th ed. from Wiley) plus lots of audiovisual support materials and a few supplementary Harvard cases - mostly in the more macro CSR portion of the course.
There is an instructor's manual available.
There is also a Harvard course and the syllabus and all materials are available, I believe, on the harvard publishing website - if not, they should be available from your HBS publishing rep.
Brigham Young is planning their second meeting (in May) to showcase a number of professors' favorite classes. That might be something that interests you - contact is Brad Agle.
