     Dear Colleagues

For readily useable assistance with the inner game of working through a frustrated job search, the tables and figures in this little counselling-oriented piece we produced might be useful: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/309399367_Stuck_in_the_Muck_The_Role_of_Mindsets_in_Self-Regulation_When_Stymied_During_Job_Search

We hope these mindset self-management guidelines will be a valuable resource in your research, teaching, and/or career coaching toolkit.

    Best wishes

    Lauren and Peter

    Dear Peter and Lauren:

Thanks so much for sharing your paper on being "Stuck in the Muck"--and who hasn't been at some point!  I think the points made could be generalized to a number of other situations beyond the job search, as well.

I will certainly use this paper for teaching purposes--but I will also keep it in mind whenever I feel stuck in the muck!

    Best regards,
    Gayle
