The Department of Management and Organizations is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor, tenure-track position to begin in Fall 2022. Tenure-track Assistant Professors are expected to provide innovative and cutting-edge teaching and evidence of a strong publication record or potential in organizational behavior, human resources, labor relations, business communication, or closely-related fields. They are also expected to take leadership roles in curriculum development, extending course offerings, and developing innovative pedagogy in undergraduate and graduate courses. In the spirit of the Anchor University initiative of Sacramento State, they are also expected to work with a diverse student population and develop relationships with our community.
