    Multiple tenure track faculty positions at the House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics
    Approx. starting date August 2022

    The House of Innovation (HOI) at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), encompassing the Department of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology and the Center for Data Analytics currently invites applications for multiple tenure track positions on the Assistant Professor level. Please find more information about each position by following the links. It is possible to apply for several of the positions fitting with your profile.

     

    Assistant Professor tenure track with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from an innovation or organizational perspective:

    Candidates are expected to have a background in AI-focused Digital Innovation and a strong methodological and teaching expertise in the fields of Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence. A PhD in a related field is required by the time of assuming the position.

    This position is part of the Wallenberg Foundation national initiative on AI in social sciences (WASP-HS, https://wasp-hs.org). Being part of WASP-HS involves specific activities, responsibilities, and research resources.

    Assistant Professor tenure track with a focus on Innovation and Data Analytics:

    Candidates are expected to have a background in a field such as Technology and Innovation Management, Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or Econometrics.

    From a teaching perspective, solid training in data analytics as well as an in-depth understanding of the application of data analytics tools and methods for business applications, including statistical methods, machine learning, and similar approaches and methods, is required. A PhD in a related field is required by the time of assuming the position.

    Assistant Professor tenure track with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics:

    Candidates are expected to have a background in a field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Operations Research.

    From a teaching perspective, solid training in data analytics as well as an in-depth understanding of the application of data analytics tools and methods for business applications, including statistical methods, machine learning, and similar approaches and methods, is required. A PhD in a related field is required by the time of assuming the position.

    Assistant Professor tenure track in any of HOI's core areas – Technology and Innovation Management (TIM), Entrepreneurship (ENT), Organizational Communication & Information Systems (OCIS) or Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSCM):

    Candidates are expected to have a research focus in one of HOI's core areas. Ability to teach broadly within HOI core areas is beneficial but not required. A PhD in a related field is required by the time of assuming the position.

    All positions are six-year tenure-track positions with research and teaching obligations. Promotion to tenured associate professor is possible with satisfactory research and teaching performance.
