    SKEMA Business School ( invites applications for two positions; one Assistant and one Associate or Full Professor rank, in the Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship areas, to begin August 2022. The successful candidate will develop and/or lead academic research projects with the aim of publishing in the field's highest quality journals.


    We encourage applications from scholars interested in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship at all levels of analysis and we are open to all research methods. We expect candidates to be active members of TIM, STR, OMT, or ENT divisions of the Academy of Management. The candidate may be asked to teach online or on campus-based undergraduate and/or graduate level courses. The candidate is expected to contribute to student mentorship, to projects related to SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy, and to be actively engaged in other service initiatives, including student selection processes. If appropriate, s/he may take on a coordination role.


    The positions are permanent with a full-time contract. Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards. SKEMA Business School offers publication bonuses for peer-reviewed publications, following the French CNRS Journals Ranking list. The language of work and instruction is English. Knowledge of French is not required, and we will not use it as a criterion for selection. SKEMA Business School offers support in learning French.


    Qualifications must include:


    • A Ph.D. (completed or about to be completed) in Management with a specialization in Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship or related field.
    • Strong evidence of recent research output and of teaching excellence in Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship or related fields, including evidence of conference presentations, high quality peer-reviewed research publications, exemplary teaching ratings, and awards.
    • Your job market paper and up to three additional samples of research
    • Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Commitment to service and/or outreach activities.

    The Research Centre KTO is dedicated to promoting top level academic research. KTO is

    empirically oriented, with a focus on Innovation, digitization and artificial intelligence.
