    The Department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University is hiring an Assistant Professor (tenure track, 5 years).
    Candidates for this position must have completed a doctorate or be Anything But Dissertation (ABD). They must demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality research and teaching. They preferably already have a proven track record of international, peer-reviewed publications, or at least a good pipeline of (submitted) papers, and good teaching evaluations. We are particularly interested in scholars who are willing to work in a multidisciplinary social science environment, and must have experience in teaching and performing research in the field of Organization Studies. More specifically, a successful candidate has a strong research profile and potential; has relevant and well-evaluated teaching experience; has quantitative and/or qualitative research skills and is a team player. Furthermore, such a candidate should have a substantial profile in the areas of Organization Theory or Strategic Management with Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, and/or Network Theory. Candidates should also be willing to write grant proposals for prestigious granting institutions (e.g., Dutch National Scientific Foundation (NWO), European Research Council (ERC)).
