We (Tracy Porter, Cleveland State University; Logan Rife, Cleveland Clinic; Gina Thoebes, U. of Akron) are organizing a symposium for the upcoming SIOP meeting (April 2022) on leadership in healthcare. Specifically, we are interested in any research you might have on a variety of topics such as physician leadership, how leadership is unique in healthcare, best approaches to healthcare leadership, and other similar topics you might contribute.
