    Sorry for the cross-post.  The Massey College of Business at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee - the Healthcare capital of the US - is seeking to hire two OB/HR tenure track positions with strong emphasis in health care. We are seeking candidates who can teach both general OB and HR graduate and undergraduate classes, as well as support our Healthcare MBA program. The official announcement follows:

    The Massey College of Business at Belmont University is seeking applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, beginning August, 2022.

    The faculty member in this position will teach both graduate and undergraduate management classes. The areas of specialization/certification that will be given preference for these positions are Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. Background and ability to teach Healthcare-related courses will be looked upon quite favorably, as well.  Candidates should be able to demonstrate a well-developed research agenda with promise of publishing in high quality, peer reviewed management journals.  An interest and/or experience in engaging students in undergraduate research will be considered favorably, as will teaching experience at the university level. 

    Completion of a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or closely related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution by the time of employment is preferred. Candidates that are ABD will be considered.
