    Dear HCM colleagues,

I am not involved with this particular study (except for circulating the request among Stanford undergrads), but offered to disseminate the request among the Health Care Management Division.  The request comes from Laura Giurge, Ayse Yemiscigil, and Ashley Whillans.

    They write:

My colleagues and I are conducting a survey-based study to understand how Covid-19 affects students' well-being, time use, academic motivation, and career plans. This project is led by Harvard Business School Assistant Professor Ashley Whillans. Our eventual hope is that these data can be used to design interventions to help college students better navigate these challenging times. We also intend to share our findings with policy makers and educators.

We rely on referrals to recruit a diverse and representative sample so we can understand how students from all backgrounds are affected by the current situation.

Your help in sharing the survey with college student lists/students you know personally would be greatly appreciated. Time is of the essence since, as you know, this situation is progressing quickly. Below is an example email you could forward.

Thank you so much for your help.
