This PDW offers an in-depth exploration of minority formation and DEI practices, specifically tailored to support firm resilience and entrepreneurship. The session opens with two insightful conversations led by invited scholars:
💬 Conversation 1 – "DEI and Resilient Firms"
Explores the impact of microaggressions, gender diversity in leadership, cognitive dynamics in family firms, leader differentiation in teams, and strategic approaches to resilience-building.
💬 Conversation 2 – "DEI and Entrepreneurial Firms"
Focuses on how DEI practices influence household dynamics for gender equality in entrepreneurship, financing of ethnic minority ventures, and trust-building in complex team settings.

Following the plenary discussions, the PDW continues with five dynamic and participatory parallel roundtables.
