    Dear researchers and practitioners,

We are pleased to invite you to submit your contributions to the upcoming Professional Development Workshop (PDW) entitled:

"Minority Formation and D.E.I. Practices for Resilient and Entrepreneurial Firms"

This PDW will take place during the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 09:00 to 11:00 at the Bella Center (Hall C-C3-M1).
