About the Study: This research aims to understand the impact of menopause on women's career trajectories within Business and Management Schools. By participating, you'll contribute to a deeper understanding of this under-researched area, potentially informing future workplace policies and support systems.
Who Can Participate:
- Women experiencing peri-menopause or menopause and
- Currently employed in Higher Education at a Business and Management School in the UK or Ireland.
What Participation Involves:
- Completing an initial online questionnaire (approximately 5 mins)
- Contribute further by taking part in an interview to provide more detailed insights.
