Greetings AOM OB community,
Under the conference theme of "Putting the Worker Front and Center," we would like to propose a symposium on the topic of unethical behavior and emotions, specifically focusing on the counterintuitive relationships between unethical behavior and moral emotions in organizations. We currently have two participants signed up for the symposium and are looking for an addition of two to three research papers (depending on whether the discussant would be included or not) that will be presented and discussed in the symposium. We welcome manuscripts that are working papers with theoretical, conceptual, or empirical studies that are related to unethical behaviors and emotions.
If you have a working paper on this topic, please email me by December 14:
An abstract of what you would like to present in the symposium (300-500 words). The abstract should contain the project title, key ideas, contributions, description of methods, data and analysis (if applicable). For the final submission, each paper will be allowed 2-5 pages for its synopsis.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your interest or for additional information. You shall be contacted shortly should your abstract aligns with the theme of this symposium. Thank you.
