    Dear DEI Colleagues:

    The Stephen J. R. Smith School of Business at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada welcomes applications to its MSc Program and PhD Program in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Drs. Eddy Ng, Christy Zhou Koval (starting Summer 2025), Christopher Miners, and Matthias Spitzmuller would like to work with new students starting in the Fall semester of 2025. Their research interests include the following topics, among others.

    -                Co-operative and Helping Work Behaviours

    -                Dissent and Voice

    -                Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

    -                Emotions, Emotion Regulation, and Emotional Intelligence

    -                Future of Work

    -                Managing Across Generations

    -                Managing Diversity to Support Organizational Competitiveness

    -                People Analytics

    -                Team Leadership and Team Motivation

    The MSc Program is a full-time, one-year, research program. It provides advanced training in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Research Methods, Statistics, and Theory Development, as well as other disciplines, according the preferences and needs of our students. The MSc Program invites students to be involved in research from the outset, and ultimately prepares them to enter a world-class PhD Program. Full-funding is provided for the one-year duration of the MSc Program.

    The PhD Program is a full-time, four-year, research program. It provides opportunities for students to take additional courses that support their research, teaching, and professional development. First and foremost, however, it provides opportunities to pursue intensive research that targets conferences hosted by leading, international professional associations, and publications in top-tier journals in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and adjacent disciplines. It prepares students for a career in academia, and at world-class, research-focused institutions in particular. Full-funding is provided for the four-year duration of the PhD Program.
