    Greeting Dear all,
    I already sent an order by asking for the permission link.  I am confused about which one is from the list. In my study I need to use exactly: "A 15-item scale developed by Rahim (1983) was used to measure all five conflict management strategies, including CL, AC, AV, CM, and CP", find the attached file. So, I think it is (Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory–II (ROCI–II, Form A).
    And, I am from Jordan, a PhD student. I am studying at Wuhan University of Technology. And the amount is too much expensive. I am waiting if there is any kind of support to help me finish the procedures of publishing.
