I always liked Complex Organizations by Charles Perrow. It was one of the first books I read in graduate school and I still use it to inform what I teach in org theory today.

Subject: [OB-LIST] List of Classic Books in Organizational Behavior
Dear Listmembers,
I am trying to locate a list (or lists) of classic books in Organizational Behavior. (I am not looking for an anthology of classic readings but a list of books.)
Please respond to my email address (
ajaymehra1@gmail.com<mailto:
ajaymehra1@gmail.com>). I will post a compilation of what I receive to this Listserv for others' use.
Thanks very much.
Ajay
