Hello Djamel,
I found the following three exercises useful in my conflict and negotiation course:
Ebner, N., & Winkler, Y. (2009). Pasta Wars: A Prisoner's Dilemma Simulation-Game. Simulation & Gaming, 40(1), 134-146.
(I modified this one, so that it became "Poutine wars.")
Callanan, G. A., & Perri, D. F. (2006). Teaching conflict management using a scenario-based approach. Journal of Education for Business, 81(3), 131-139.
Seltzer, J., & Smither, J. W. (2007). "Where there is a will...": A New Exercise to Explore Distributive and Integrative Conflict Management. Organization Management Journal, 4(3), 259-286.
Best regards,

Hello Djamel,
You may find the following exercises useful
(1) Ugli oranges - this is a short but highly effective exercise on cooperative problem solving
(2) Hamilton Real Estate - you can find this on HBSP - the exercises enables discussion on various issues related to negotiations
(3) You can also discuss the Thomas and Kilman inventory on conflict styles
Hope this helps. Best wishes with your course.

Dear Colleagues,
Greetings. For an intensive executive graduate course that I will be conducting this month, could you please be kind enough sharing resources such as syllabi, ppt slides, cases, and simulations you may have utilized for a similar graduate course on negotiation and crisis leadership.
