2019 Global Conference on Advances in Management
The 2nd Global Conference on Advances in Management (GCAM) will be held at
Jacksonville University, Florida during
March 7-8, 2019.
GCAM is sponsored by the Davis College of Business (AACSB-accredited and EDBA Council Members) at Jacksonville University, U. S. A., and World Business Institute (WBI), Australia. It aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and doctoral students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, research results, and practical challenges and solutions about Accounting, Finance & Banking, Management, Consumer Marketing, Information Systems & Supply Chain Management, and all other fields of business.
Keynote Speaker:
April Lane - Category Leader/GM, AmazonFresh + PrimeNow, Perishables, Private Label, and PickupMs. Lane has a proven executive management track record and over 16 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Brand Management, and Team Leadership. As the Category Leader and General Manager at Amazon, she oversees full P&L responsibility for Dairy, Deli, Bakery, Prepared Meals, Meal Kits, Private Label and Local businesses across AmazonFresh and PrimeNow. She is also responsible for the Fresh Pickup business. Prior to joining Amazon, Ms. Lane held executive positions at Nike and Limited Brands. Ms. Lane holds a B. S. degree from Northwestern University, and she started her career with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Opportunities for Publication
GCAM welcomes submissions from researchers in academic, industry and government describing original research. All accepted abstract and full papers that register for the conference will be published in the refereed conference proceedings with ISBN. Submitted work will be published electronically.
