Description: The HCM Division invites interested individuals to participate in a highly interactive research PDW during the 2020 Virtual Academy of Management Annual Meeting. This Zoom session is designed to provide doctoral students, early careerists, and senior scholars with hands-on experience of applying principles and procedures of designing and conducting mixed methods studies. Working in teams with one of the workshop facilitators in real time, participants will learn how to create mixed methods research aims, how to select a mixed methods design and how to develop a mixed methods procedural diagram to address a real-world health care management problem. Prior experience with mixed methods is not necessary.
