Call for Cases:  International Series: "Day-to-day ethics in an international workplace: A Case Study Collection"

Series: International Cases in Business and Management, Routledge  |  Taylor & Francis Group

This series of textbooks has been developed to provide students and lecturers with high-quality, peer-reviewed, and concise teaching cases, which explore key business and management topics set in real-life scenarios around the world.

We are looking for short cases–between 1500 and 2500 words–that encourage class discussion and critical reflection. Cases should be accompanied by a variety of resources for instructors, making effective and rewarding discussions in the classroom and corporate training room easy. All cases must be real-world, with no composites or invented situations.

This case volume will feature the contemporary and complex ethical challenges common across international workplaces. Cases will focus on the challenges that new graduates, early career professionals, and first-time managers may encounter–challenges for which many will lack the experience, position, or authority to navigate. The aim is to help cultivate the 'moral intelligence' necessary to recognize ethical challenges, apply analytical frameworks and reasoning, and develop the personal capabilities and moral courage to navigate ethical challenges. Collaborations between faculty, students, and practitioners are encouraged.
