We are completing a meta-analytic review of the organizational performance feedback theory. Our analyses will examine organizational responses to performance above and below aspirations, and various contingencies.
We would greatly appreciate your help locating unpublished and in press studies to include in our meta-analysis. Please email me (skotiloglu@csusm.edu) any papers that you think are relevant for our review of the performance feedback discourse. This includes papers in press, student projects, conference presentations (abstracts, papers, posters), dissertations, and unpublished manuscripts.
