    The Management Department of the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track position with a focus on Strategic Management and a secondary interest in International Business at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.

    At the Assistant level, a Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a related area (conferred by August 2022 at latest) is required. Candidates are expected to conduct research and show commitment to effective teaching. At the Associate level, in addition to the requirements for the Assistant level, candidates are expected to maintain successful research and publication activity. The appointment involves teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Department is interested in research and/or teaching that relate the discipline to issues of social justice, the dialogue between faith and culture, and/or community-based learning that takes place on society's margins. Prior teaching and industry experiences are valued but not required.
