This seminar series may be of interest to many in the International Management Division, particularly those who have interests that overlap with social innovation. Framed as debates, the QUASI seminars are designed to help scholars develop richer and more refined research questions about social innovation. For each topic, four scholars take a "Yes", "No", "It Depends" and "In Practice" position to debate an important issue.

The first session of the academic year will occur on September 17th, from 11:30am to 1pm, addressing the question, Are corporate "win-win" strategies an effective way of alleviating social and environmental problems? Mark Kramer takes the "yes" position, Andy King on "no", Irene Henriques explains why "it depends", and Auden Schendler provides a practitioner perspective. A flyer that includes a recommended reading list is attached.  It's going to be a great seminar -- don't miss it!

Details on how to register for this and all the remaining seminars are here: https://www.business.rutgers.edu/sites/default/files/documents/ricsi-quasi-seminar-series.pdf
