Position Description
The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for a full-time Academic Professional Track (Non Tenure) faculty position with a 9-month academic appointment beginning August 1, 2025. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor, Lecturer, Senior or Principal Lecturer, and Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice depending on qualifications.
The successful candidate is expected to teach in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Change, Negotiations, and Strategy among other Strategy topics. For this position, we seek qualified members who have interest or experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level (e.g., BBA, MBA, MS, professional MBA, executive MBA) in the synchronous and asynchronous formats. Position may involve teaching in summer semesters as well. The teaching load will be six courses per year for Clinical Professor-track and Professor of Practice-track and eight courses for Lecturer-track. Other service expectations are commensurate with the position level.
