    Dear Colleagues,

    As futures and foresight practices are becoming more widespread in organizational settings, their scholarly investigation is also a topic of increasing relevance and interest for management and organization scholars.

    However, many of us are discouraged from pursuing research and teaching in this emerging but yet not established field. In the following Interview, I had an immensely insightful conversation with Peter Scoblic, who recently graduated from Harvard Business School with a PhD that focused on futures and foresight. Peter is not only an example of excellence in research. His story also shows that the pursuit of such topic of interest is possible within a business school.

    In the conversation, we explore in depth the question: "how to frame research in futures and foresight so that scholars from more established disciplines (including those in business schools) can understand its relevance.
