Virtual Learning Event - Being a Change Agent in the New Normal
Presented by Frederick A. Miller and Judith H. Katz
Sponsored by: NTL Institute For Applied Behavioral Science & The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group
Tuesday June 2, 2020 | 11 am - 12:15 pm EDT
Much of what we have known will change and is changing given the Covid-19 pandemic. It has made change a necessity. Life and how humans work was changing before, Covid-19 is an accelerant. At every level of system: individuals, pairings, groups, organizations, communities; there is struggle as we cope and change, including questions about their very survival. And the current reality is being redefined daily. We are truly living in permanent white water (Peter Vaill).
Some of the questions for us are: What is our role as change agents in this emerging new normal? How do we address the disparate impacts of the virus on different communities? What are behaviors and processes the virus has necessitated that we need to keep? What is our work as change agents in these times? How do we utilize this crisis to leap organizations forward so that they are better places for all people?
Join Fred and Judith as they share their reflections and thoughts about our role as change agents and invite participants to share their experiences and thinking during this engaging virtual learning experience.
