A question has increasingly occupied my attention:
What happens to human judgment, agency, and decision-making when intelligence is no longer exclusively human?
AI and autonomous systems are becoming more deeply embedded in our organizations, educational institutions, and everyday environments. The challenge may extend beyond understanding what these systems can do.
It may increasingly involve understanding how they reshape the conditions under which humans think, learn, decide, and act in an autonomous world.
To explore these questions, I launched the Autonomous Future Circle.
The Circle brings together academics, students, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and policymakers interested in examining the implications of AI and autonomous systems for organizations, entrepreneurship, education, and society.
