I'm wrapping up a syllabus for an Executive MBA course on Leading Teams wherein students will be doing a series of self-assessments and receive feedback on their personality as it relates to leadership competence.
One module I've planned is focused on A) "peer feedback seeking" and B) "peer coaching" - however, I'm having a bit of trouble finding summary evidence-based papers on the topics.
Any suggestions for single articles or book chapters?
