    The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) at the University of South Australia announces a position opening in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management, at the level of Associate Professor/Professor.  CWeX brings together researchers with a collaborative spirit and a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee well-being, organisational culture and change, leadership, teams, and human resource management practices.  We are housed in one of Australia's preeminent Business Schools.

    Associate Professor/Professor: Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (Academic Level D/E)

    • Full-time, continuing position
    • Salary range: AUD $142,801 - $183,946 per annum, plus superannuation

    The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) is a vibrant research centre that investigates workplace challenges around the world.  With the overall mission of achieving excellence through people and practices, CWeX members bring their collaborative spirit, diverse disciplinary foundations, and methodological expertise to produce rigorous research that enhances organisational effectiveness.  An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Professor/Professor: Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

    The position is a key leadership role in CWeX and the successful candidate will make a significant contribution in teaching, research and professional activities.  This position involves contributing to the development and teaching of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses, MBA and executive teaching.  The successful candidate will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic teaching and research talent, and will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and engagement with the business community.
