    Dear colleagues,

    We are conducting a meta-analysis examining the impact of support for training and development (T&D) on T&D outcomes. We are looking for published or unpublished empirical studies that satisfy the following criteria:

    1. The study must include at least one source of support for T&D (i.e., supervisor, coworker, or organizational) and one T&D outcome. Support includes stressing the value of, modeling engagement in, providing resources/time for, and giving feedback about <g class="gr_ gr_21 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="21" data-gr-id="21" style="color: #000000; font-size: 14px;">application</g> of T&D, among other supportive behaviors. Our primary outcomes of interest include trainee reactions, cognitive learning, self-efficacy, motivation to transfer, transfer of training, organizational commitment, and perceived benefits of training or development. However, we are interested in other T&D outcomes.
    2. The T&D opportunity must be work-related.
    3. The studies must be in English or have an English translation, so we can understand the study design and extract statistical information.
