We are gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on Servant leadership. If you have any unpublished studies such as working papers, dissertations, or conference presentations that include quantitative data on any of the following variables, we would greatly appreciate receiving a copy sent to amy.tian@curtin.edu.au.

performance (individual and team level)
creativity (individual and team level)
organizational citizenship (individual and team level)
counterproductive behavior (individual and team level)

leader-member exchange
procedural justice
