    Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management

     

    Description

     

    The Department of Management in the College of Business and Economics (B&E) at West Virginia University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank starting in August 2019. Responsibilities include scholarly research, instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, particularly in the Master of Science in Industrial Relations (MSIR) Program, and service to the institution and profession. Salary and benefits are AACSB-competitive and appropriate for experience and qualifications.

    Qualifications

     

    A Ph.D. in Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field is required by the time of appointment. Applicants must demonstrate experience and potential for scholarly productivity and classroom excellence.
