    Dear colleagues,

We are organizing a presenter symposium for AOM submission on how employees cope with change and uncertainty in the workplace. We have some interesting papers & are looking for one or two more to round out our session in addition to potential discussants. Please let us know if you have a paper that might fit this theme and would like to be considered for inclusion. Some examples of relevant research questions:

How does change or inconsistency in leadership style influence employee outcomes?
How do individual or situational factors influence how employees respond to uncertainty and/or change at work?
What kinds of cognitive perceptions or coping mechanisms might explain these relationships?

If you are interested in having your work included in this symposium discussion, please send a 250-500 word abstract of your project to forrester_jk@mercer.edu by December 10th, 2018.

    Our timeline is as follows:
    - December 10th, 2018: Abstracts due to forrester_jk@mercer.edu (including title, key ideas & contributions, & description of methods, data, and findings)
    - December 15th, 2018: Selection of abstracts and notifications made to authors by Dec 15th, 2018
    - January 2nd, 2019: Extended abstracts due (3-5 pages of text, excluding references and appendixes) to forrester_jk@mercer.edu

Thank you - we look forward to reading your work!
