The Research Methods (RM) Division is seeking volunteers to fill two open positions on its executive committee. The key elements of each position are as follows:
RM Division Technology Officer and Webmaster:
- Maintain the RM Division's web presence.
- Coordinate with RM Division executive committee members to manage all technology-related activities of the RM Division, including social media, website, and listserv communications.
- Provide strategic direction regarding current and future technology initiatives for the RM Division.
- Serve as the RM Division's primary point of contact for AOM headquarters technical staff.
- Participate in RM Division Executive Committee meetings.
RM Division Historian:
- Organize, maintain, update, and securely store RMD documents (correspondence, bylaws, minutes of meetings, RMD Newsletters, photos, etc.).
- Retrieve documents as needed to answer inquiries from other RM Division and Academy of Management officers.
- Take photos at RM Division Business Meeting and Social Hour and at other relevant events.
- Collaborate with the division Technology Officer and Webmaster to ensure that relevant information (e.g., Business Meeting photos) are posted on the website.
- Participate in RM Division Executive Committee meetings.
