I am looking for suitable symposiums in AOM 2019 that fit in any of my three papers. These papers have been conceptually developed with propositions with the intention to operationalize in future.
The titles of the papers are as follows:
1. Respecting newcomers helps in their socialization and identity enactment.
2. Impact of holding behavior in employee learning and performance improvement.
3. Hard work does not always hurt: Task significance in balancing between work, family and life roles.
If any of you are putting together a session on any of the related topics and still looking for a paper, please let me know. I will be happy to provide you with the abstracts and further details.
