    We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate, with an interest in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management to join the King's Business School. The School is one of the top ten ranked <g class="gr_ gr_24 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="24" data-gr-id="24">centres</g> for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017, reflecting growth in the range and scale of research and teaching. There are presently over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and <g class="gr_ gr_22 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Punctuation multiReplace" id="22" data-gr-id="22">PhD</g> programmes.     The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to <g class="gr_ gr_27 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="27" data-gr-id="27">high quality</g> research and will be able to contribute excellent teaching to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You should hold a <g class="gr_ gr_26 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Punctuation multiReplace" id="26" data-gr-id="26">PhD</g> in a relevant field, have a <g class="gr_ gr_17 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="17" data-gr-id="17">highquality</g> track record of publications in leading refereed journals and in securing research income. Of particular interest will be candidates who can teach HR analytics.

    King's Business School is committed to ensuring an inclusive interview process and will reimburse up to £250 towards any additional care costs (for a dependent child or adult) incurred as a result of attending an interview for this position. This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
