    The Department of Management at Ball State University has a full-time tenure track position available beginning August 16, 2019. Primary responsibilities include teaching, conducting scholarly research primarily in the area of Human Resource Management with general management as an associated area, and service to the Department of Management, Miller College of Business, Ball State University, the Muncie community, and State of Indiana.

    PhD in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, or other business-related field from a regionally accredited university or college is required (ABD near completion will be considered but degree must be completed by August 1, 2019). Preferred qualifications include evidence of scholarly research and teaching experience in management or other business-related field; teaching experience with on-line technologies; significant record of publications in refereed journals in the management area.
