HI:

 I am trying to help a graduate student, who is doing some interesting work on empowerment and Sense-Making of Emergency Care patients and staff. She is working on a fascinating field intervention in a large hospital, using novel methods for disseminating information to patients about their own treatments. The dissemination of information is intended to improve patient experience in the Emergency Department , and research questions include the influence on empowerment and on Sense-Making of patients and on the staff.
