    Dear colleagues,

We invite you to join our conference stream on Justice, trust and the ethical dimensions of HRD, as described below.

This stream provides the opportunity to explore key issues on how HRD interventions can support fairness and trust in modern organisations. Specifically, the stream welcomes contributions that:

    • Explore individual level issues around progression, development, appraisal, employee relations and leadership attitudes from ethical, moral and/or fairness perspectives.
    • Assess how organisational level issues on HRD practices reinforce fair distribution of learning opportunities, and importantly the conflict between HRD practitioners being a strategic partner and organisation's conscience.
    • Examine national level issues on how code of conduct creates a trusted and fairer working environment.

Your paper may be conceptual or empirical. Practitioner submissions are also welcome. We look forward to receiving and reading your interesting work. Thank you!
