Hi everyone,

My name is Brad Kirkman, and I am the Chief Operating Officer of the OB Division.

I am also the Shelton Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Department Head of the Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Department in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University.

I earned my PhD in OB at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research interests include leadership, international management, virtual teams, and work team leadership and empowerment.
