    Dear respected colleagues,

We are in the initiating stages of coordinating a new edited volume, tentatively titled: "Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility" In this work, which will be published in summer 2019, we plan to present the socially responsible approach to business from multiple angles, all aimed toward mindful corporate performance, conscious strategic directions, and sustainable development. This work is intended to be used as a practical book for professionals who seek guidance in the start and progress with social entrepreneurial ventures; yet, it could also be used as a foundational or supplementary work in education.

Our aim with this work is to provide professionals as well as students the understanding that social entrepreneurship and CSR are no longer concepts far from our bed. They are performance necessities that should be cultivated in ways that can lead to actual implementation on small, medium or large scales, depending on one's abilities, means, and location.

We therefore envision using this book as a work of inspiration, motivation, and connection toward responsible business dealings, and the creation of a more inclusive professional performance landscape than the one to which we have been exposed thus far.

This book will be divided in two parts: 1) Social Entrepreneurship, and 2) Corporate Social Responsibility. Both areas will be approached from a broad range of angles.

Scholars who are interested in learning more about this project and possibly contributing can send their emails to: joan.marques@woodbury.edu Please include the (tentative) title of a chapter you may be interested in contributing, and a brief explanation of your intended content approach.

Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a list of potential chapter topics to consider.

Respectfully, Joan Marques, also on behalf of Satinder Dhiman
