It is with great pleasure that we wish to announce the GLOBE 2018 Robert J. House Best Research Paper Award competition. The GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness) award will honour an outstanding recent dissertation-based article/paper, or other paper on leadership, societal or organizational culture using the GLOBE database, GLOBE research tools, GLOBE leadership, or GLOBE culture theory. The recipient of the award will receive a US$ 2,500 cash prize.
