    Essential Functions

    The Department of Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in the field of Organizational Behavior beginning academic year 2019-2020. Responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate and graduate organizational behavior courses, conducting and publishing scholarly research, and providing service to the department, college, university, and field.

    This position will include teaching two courses each semester for the first four semesters. Funding for summer research is also available.

    Required Qualifications

    Required qualifications include a completed doctoral degree or ABD status in one of the following fields of study: organizational behavior, industrial and organizational psychology, sociology, or a related field. Evidence of a strong potential for future scholarship is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Additional interest in any of the following will be viewed favorably by the committee: leadership, innovation, negotiation, experimental design, or quantitative research methods.
