Dear Community,
I would like to share my recent TED Talk, "The Power of Self Awareness," which is a tribute to the late Dr. Jerry B. Harvey, author of "The Abilene Paradox," a thought leader in OB&D and subject of a recent "Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion" tribute issue. For those of you who knew Jerry, I think this talk will resonate very well and for those of you who did not, you will get a glimpse into his use of candor and "tough love" with his doctoral students.
