    Lecturer in Organizational Behavior – University of Washington Bothell

    The School of Business at the University of Washington Bothell invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time Lecturer in Organizational Behavior position beginning September 16, 2019. This non-tenured position is full-time (100% FTE) with a nine-month service period. We offer a three-year renewable appointment and salary is competitive.
      
    The candidate will teach 7-8 quarter courses a year, at the MBA or undergraduate level, related to the field of organizational behavior (covering topics such as managing people, managing teams, leadership, diversity, etc.). The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of curriculum and to campus and university service.

    The faculty in the Management & Organizations area are active scholars whose work has been published in leading journals, including Academy of Management JournalOrganizational Behavior and Human Decision ProcessesJournal of Applied PsychologyPersonnel PsychologyOrganization Science and Strategic Management Journal. We are a collegial group of faculty who support each other and work collaboratively to further the mission of the School of Business.

    Qualifications

    Candidates should have a Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in management/organizational behavior (from an AACSB accredited institution) or in I/O or social psychology or a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration (MBA program from an AACSB accredited institution) or in psychology, with a demonstrable record of teaching effectiveness.
