    Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Organizational Behavior

    University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School

    The Organizational Behavior department in the Kenan-Flagler Business School seeks a postdoctoral fellow to support NIH sponsored translational research in team innovation and healthcare. The successful candidate will work closely with OB faculty to study cross-disciplinary innovation and clinical trial teams by conducting survey, qualitative and archival research. The two-year position is research focused, but additional teaching opportunities may be available.

    Required Qualifications         
    Applicants must have earned their Ph.D or be close to completion in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Public Policy or a related discipline.
    Strong research experience in teams, management, healthcare, and/or innovation is desired. The ideal candidate would have experience in qualitative research, field research, or archival data analysis.
